HOW LONG WILL MY JOB BE LIVE FOR?

Your job posting is live for 30 days.


I JUST POSTED A JOB BUT IT’S NOT SHOWING ON THE WEBSITE. WHY?

Jobs should go live almost Realtime after you click on publish. If you do not see your job after you have published this (make sure it is not in draft and shows under ‘published’ jobs. If the job is still not online, please contact customer support via: support@lesjeudis.com

CAN I ADD CATEGORIES TO THE ONES I HAVE AVAILABLE WHEN POSTING A JOB?

Unfortunately, this is not an option, the categories are set.


WHERE CAN WE PULL STATISTICS FOR OUR JOB POSTINGS?

You can view your job stats within your account. If you need a report provided, please reach out to your account manager, who will be able to pull this for you.


IS THERE AN OPTION TO TICK ALL EMPLOYMENT TYPES (FULL-TIME, PART-TIME, ETC.)

Unfortunately, this is not possible.


HOW DOES MAPPING WORK?

Mapping is an automated method of pulling job data from your site and posting to Kariera. Kariera’s system scans your site and posts all or only designated jobs. This process is repeated, usually several times daily, to update jobs, add any new jobs that have been added to your site, or remove jobs that are no longer on your site.


WHY CAN I NOT UPLOAD MY LOGO?

Your logo will have to be 128 by 128 pixels or bigger. If your logo is smaller this may fail to upload. You can click on the logo and select ‘properties’ on your desktop to see your logo’s size. Or run this through a resizer like https://picresize.com/ 


I SEEM ONLY ABLE TO UPLOAD 1 LOGO AND 1 HEADER IMAGE ON MY COMPANY PROFILE?

That is correct, we only allow 1 logo and 1 header per company profile.


I WOULD LIKE TO POST NATIONWIDE. HOW DO I DO THAT?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. All jobs need to be posted with a valid city location.


I WOULD LIKE TO POST TO A COUNTY. HOW DO I DO THAT?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. All jobs need to be posted with a valid city location.


ONCE WE HAVE POSTED A JOB WE WOULD LIKE TO GET SUGGESTIONS OF SUITABLE CANDIDATES. HOW CAN WE SET THIS UP?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer this option. You can purchase the CV database to proactively search and reach out to candidates or use the ‘Promote your job feature’ to get more candidates!


MY JOB HAS AN EXTERNAL URL FOR APPLICATIONS, I CAN SEE NUMBER OF VIEWS AND CLICKS, BUT NO DATA SHOWS UNDER APPLICATIONS?

That is correct, when you use an external URL to redirect candidates to apply, we are not able to track if they applied. Be advised that you may experience up to 80-90% drop-off on applications when using an External URL!


I WOULD LIKE TO AUTOMATICALLY REPOST MY JOB, HOW CAN I DO THIS?

Unfortunately this is not a functionality we offer currently. The user that posted the job will receive an email 5 days and 1 day before the job posting expires, to be able to move this to draft and repost if required.


WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VIEWS, CLICKS AND APPLICATIONS

  • Views - This number will change when a jobseeker ends on a job posting and views this
  • Clicks - This number will change when a jobseeker clicks on the apply button
  • Applications - This is the number of applications received by the client.
    • Be advised that it is possible that a candidate clicks on the apply button, but decides not to finish the application. It is not abnormal to see a difference between clicks and applications!
    • You will NOT see the number of applications change if you used an External URL for applications, we can only track the clicks on the apply button in this case.

I PROMOTED MY JOB AND IT DOES NOT SHOW UNDER THE PROMOTED JOBS ON THE WEBSITE SEARCH?

A Promoted job will show at the top of the search results. Only 4 jobs will show as promoted. With every refresh of the page the promoted jobs will change. Once your allocated allowance has been used up, your job will automatically become unpromoted, make sure to check the allocation credit on your job and add new credit if this has run out.


HOW MANY TAGS CAN I ADD?

You can add an unlimited number of tags, but we advise to add between 7-10.

Please be aware that you cannot use another company’s name in your jobs tags, or use an excessive number of tags.


IS THERE AN OPTION TO ADD SCREENING QUESTIONS?

This is not an option right now. We advise you to ensure the job title, job description, job requirements, salary and company information are spot on to attract the most qualified candidates.


CAN I SET UP AUTOMATIC RESPONSES TO APPLICATIONS?

This is not an option right now.


CAN A JOB AUTOMATICALLY BE RENEWED OR POSTED FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS?

This is not an option right now. You will need to move the job to draft, edit the content (if required) and then republish.


I USED THE OPTION ‘ENABLE REMOVAL OF RELEVANT JOBS’ BUT I CAN STILL SEE OTHER COMPANIES WHEN SEARCHING?

That is correct! Using this option removes other companies from the job details recommendation page, below your job description.


CAN I POST MY JOB AT A LATER DATE?

Yes you can, use the “pay and publish later” option when publishing your advert on Step 4 of the Job Posting process.


I PURCHASED 10 STANDARD JOB POSTINGS, CAN I BUY SEPARATE BRANDING PACKAGES?

Standard jobs do not come with a cover image, you will need to use the purchase option in step 3 of the posting form and buy the cover image option per job. Additionally you could purchase 10 new Branded job postings.


CAN I ADD ANY EMAILS IN CC TO RECEIVE APPLICATIONS?

No, either the poster receives the application or the person in the ‘other email’ box. As a workaround we recommend for you to add a custom forward rule to your email.
